Joanna’s Classic Chicken spice is perfect to add flavour without fat to pasta, roasts, stir fries, soup, curries, pasta sauce, vegetables and salads.
Mix Joanna’s Classic Chicken spice into soft butter to make garlic bread or on a steak or vegetables. Simply add 1 teaspoon of seasoning to 30 grams of unsalted butter or to taste, it is amazing and simple.

Mix Joanna’s Classic Chicken with melted butter and orange juice to baste corn or chicken.
When smoking meat using the Bradley Smoker, use one tablespoon of Joanna’s Classic Chicken Spice Mix per 1kg of meat. Rub into the flesh well with your fingers.
