The Smoke Shack Shipping and Delivery Policy
Smiddy again, here’s some more stuff you need to know. It’s written in lawyer-speak, so in short, if you buy something, the team here will work as hard as possible to get you your stuff as quickly as possible. If we don’t, I’ll be as mad as a wet hen!
This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on thesmokeshack.com.au and is applicable to Australian customers.
The Smoke Shack reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Items purchased from a third party are bound under that retailer’s Returns and Exchanges Policy. The Smoke Shack cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of thesmokeshack.com.au.

FREE POSTAGE within Australia for orders over AUD$400. Please note: this excludes Smokers, BBQs or ovens.
Orders under AUD$400 will incur a flat rate AUD$15.00 shipping fee.
Smokers, BBQ’s and Ovens incur a flat rate delivery fee of AUD$60.00
All orders delivered within the Perth Metro area are delivered by Parton Logistics.
Orders EXCLUDING Smokers, BBQ’s or ovens outside the Perth Metro area are delivered by Australia Post.
Smokers, BBQ’s and ovens delivered in rural and remote Western Australia and to states and territories outside Western Australia are delivered by various courier companies engaged by The Smoke Shack. These couriers may change from time-to-time without notice.
The Smoke Shack delivers only to Australia.
For goods in stock, all goods purchased on thesmokeshack.com.au will be processed and shipped within three working days of payment authorization. Delivery times will vary by location, but generally your order should reach you within seven working days.
We will endeavor to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or other factors such as weather, industrial action or transport delays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above times are as provided to us by the respective freight companies.
Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours, as we require a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, please include business and receivers’ names on the delivery address details.
Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.
Once an order has been dispatched, The Smoke Shack is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
